Zillertalarena - the biggest ski area of Zillertal
Being the entrance to the skiing area of „Zillertal-Arena“ (100 miles of ski runs) the hospitable village of Königsleiten welcomes all people with a passion for winter time. Only 150 metres to the slopes! The romantic skiing village on 5.250 ft. above sea level really shows off: fun on skies and snowboards, Aprés Ski and entertainment in the huts.
For beginners there are the "Buergermeisterlift" and "Maerchenwald" with t-bar lifts next to Castello. Also the beginner slopes of the ski schools can be reached with 2-5 minutes.
NEW! The all new "Gipfelbahn" brings you much faster to the summits of Koenigsleiten. Furthermore, a new Ski-/boardercross run is being built.
Good Morning Skiing - ski fun from 6.55 a.m.!
From March 15th to April 15th each Thursday and Sunday all lifts in Gerlos and Koenigsleiten open before 7 a.m. A very special experience!
The skiing areas of „Wildkogel“ and „Kitzbühl“ are nearby and can be reached by a free shuttle bus.
