Is breakfast included in the apartment rate?
No, breakfast is not automatically included when booking an apartment. It can be booked on request, along with 3/4 board, or a bread roll and grocery delivery service (bread, butter, milk, cheese, etc.) so you don't need to shop on your first morning.
Is the wellness area included when staying in an apartment?
No, unlike hotel rooms, wellness access is not included in the apartment rate. Sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin access can be booked as an add-on.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are not permitted in the apartments within the main hotel building. However, additional apartments in a neighboring building (House No. 1) do welcome pets. Please contact us in advance if you're bringing a pet
Do the apartments have a balcony or terrace?
Yes, all three apartments have a terrace with views of the Hohe Tauern mountains. Apartment Gerlos features an especially large terrace.
Is the apartment suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, two of our apartments (Filzstein and Reichenspitze) have no carpeting, which makes them well suited for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed in these apartments. Allergy-proof mattress and pillow encasings are available on request, and we're happy to offer allergy-friendly breakfast or dinner options as well.
