Cancellation & Info

Summer 2024:

hotel rooms: no cancellation costs up to 3 days before arrival, then 90%

apartments: no cancellation costs up to 14 days before arrival, then 90%

Winter 2022/23

• No cancellation costs
• In the event of a border closure or a lockdown at your place of residence or vacation spot, there are no cancellation costs
• Cancellations up to 1 day before departure are free of charge if quarantine is imminent
• til 28 days before arrival no cancellation fees
• til 14 days before arrival 70 % cancellation fees
• til 2 days before arrival or no show 90% cancellation fees

Check In / Check Out

The rooms are usually ready for occupancy from 2.30 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Late Check-Out

If you want to use your room longer, please first ask at reception whether this is possible. Up to 1 p.m. we charge €15,- up to 3 p.m. €25.- and up to 5 p.m. €40.- per person. Showering in the wellness area is possible and costs €10 with 1 towel.

Access wellness

Children are only allowed in the wellness area from the age of 14.

We allow pets in certain rooms.
