Children's rates are tiered by age: €20 for ages 0–5, €30 for ages 6–10, and €35 for ages 11–15 per night.

Yes, e-bike use is included for all guests. Helmets are also available on site.

Is there a surcharge for short stays?
Yes, a 10% surcharge applies for stays of 1–2 days, and 7% for stays of 3–4 days. The listed prices apply from a stay of 5 days.
is königsleiten before or after the gerlospass toll station?
The Gerlos Pass is a toll mountain road (the Gerlos Alpine Road) connecting the Zillertal valley in Tyrol with Salzburger Land. Königsleiten is about 2 km from the pass itself — and from the toll station. The good news: you can reach Königsleiten from either direction without having to pay the toll.

We do a lot for the climate ourselves, but traveling by bus or train is worth a little more to us. We give you a 10% discount on all summer bookings and free e-bike rental for the duration of your stay. With the free hiking bus you can travel between Krimml, Wald, Königsleiten and Gerlos.
Getting there: by train to Zell am Ziller or Krimml train station, change to the bus, which will take you to the hotel in 30 minutes.
