Skiing & Snowboarding in the Zillertal Arena
At 1,600 meters above sea level, on a sunny plateau between Tyrol and Salzburg, is the alpine village of Königsleiten. Framed by the Kitzbühel Alps to the north and the Hohe Tauern to the south, Königsleiten is located on the southern slope and thus has plenty of sun throughout the winter.
Skiing in Königsleiten
Skiing is done in the romantic village right up to the hotel door, the extensive ski area Zillertal Arena lies at the feet of the piste lovers. But also the family skiing area Wildkogel, the skiing area Kitzbühel or the region Mayrhofen are only 30 minutes away.
Staying in the ski village Königsleiten means guaranteed snow and skiing right in front of the door.
To the slopes of the Zillertal Arena it is only 200 m.

For beginners, the so-called "Bürgermeisterlift", a ski meadow with a T-bar lift and the "Märchenwiese", a slope with two T-bar lifts, are close to our hotel. Also the beginner slopes of the ski schools can be reached in 2-5 minutes on foot. The free ski bus takes you to all lifts.

The 150 km of best prepared slopes and 51 lifts of the "Zillertalarena" provide skiing pleasure for beginners as well as for experienced skiers and snowboarders. Two ski schools, five rental and sports stores complete the offer.
